Today Augustine is 9 months old, and I could not be more proud of our little guy. He is such a wonderful aspect of our lives, and we are so thankful for the moments the Lord has allowed us to raise him. He is standing strong in his walker and loves making noises with his mouth. He is learning how to wave and sit up without falling over. He loves objects with lights and noise. He is eating lots of different foods now; such as butternut squash, avacado, pears, bananas, rice, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, potatoes, yoghurt, sweet potatoes and kiwis! He loves it when daddy comes home and enjoys dancing to worship music. He has a distinct giggle that is usually present right before bedtime when you tickle his hands and feet. Thank you Jesus for sweet baby Augustine.

Shaun and I were evaluating ourselves spiritually last night and decided we want to start reading the Bible with Augustine as well as sharing written prayers with him right before bedtime. We are excited that he is starting to be able to interact with us enough in order to feed him a steady diet of God’s word. We are so looking forward to teaching him catchecisms and other truths to fill his mind. We pray that he will grow to be a worshipper of Christ. God has been good to us with his blessing of our son.
